These terms explain how payment works when you hire EZSMART Corp for electrical work. Please quote your reference number (for example, QR-7KM-4PX) with every payment and whenever you contact us about a payment.
Requesting a quote costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. You only pay once you accept a quote and ask us to book the work.
After you have reviewed and accepted your quote and asked us to book an appointment, we request a minimum service charge of $150 to confirm the booking. Your appointment is confirmed once this payment is received.
The remaining balance is due when the work is completed.

Examples for a $150 booking payment:

To reschedule, contact us as early as you can with your reference number.
Most electrical work in Ontario must be reported to the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), and we pay the permit (notification) fee on your behalf. If a job is cancelled after the permit fee has been paid, we keep 15% of the permit fee and refund the rest. If you paid by credit card, the 5% card processing fee is also deducted from that refund.
